Shuang Yin Zhang, MD joined the cancer care team of  Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers, P.C. in November 2016 upon completion of her fellowship in Medical Oncology and Hematology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta in June 2016.   She completed her internship and residency at the University of Southern California in June 2013 and received a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in May 2010.

She is actively involved in cancer research and clinical trials to provide her patients with the most advanced cancer treatment available in Georgia as an Investigator of the William S. Gibbons Cancer Research Institute.

Dr. Zhang provides patient-centered cancer care at NGOC’s Marietta Cancer Center.
