All doctors participate in local and national continuing-education conferences, and each is a registered investigator with the National Cancer Institute. DEDICATION
Along with our esteemed physicians, we have excellent, experienced nursing staff, social support professionals, and knowledgeable office management personnel, all of whom are available to help patients and their families. We are your healthcare team and we will work closely with you to make sure all your concerns are addressed.

CONTINUITY OF CARE
Our physicians, nurses, and support staff work within a group practice structure, which identifies common clinical protocols for optimal communication and quality monitoring. While we work to diagnose and cure your illness, we remain in communication with your primary care physician, your surgeon, radiation oncologist, and your family to make certain the circle of care is complete.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Relay For Life ® is an event that all our physicians look forward to each year. You, too, can join in and share the joy of making new friends and raising funds for research through the American Cancer Society. The Relay takes place in April and May in communities throughout Northwest Georgia.

Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers make a contribution to Women for Women of Cobb, a non-profit organization that assists women who are diagnosed with cancer. Their purpose is to assist with non-medical expenses - rent, utilities, domestic needs, childcare, transportation - easing some of patient's personal burdens allowing them to focus on treatment and recovery.

In May of every year, Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton sponsors its Magnolia Ball which includes dinner, dancing, and silent auction. Proceeds go to the construction of Cancer Centers, Heart Centers, and other needed facilities. With 600 tickets available, it is a sell-out each year, generating $200,000 - $300,000.

Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers, P.C. helps support the Marietta branch of MUST Ministries, a program that provides food, clothing, and needed household items to area families.
