Medical Assistant/LPN Physician Extender
The Marietta and Cartersville Offices have an immediate opening for a FT Medical Assistant/LPN for back office.Minimum of 1-2 yrs. back office experience preferred. Responsibilities include but not limited to assisting with injections, obtaining blood and other specimens for testing, recording results in patient's EMR chart, taking vital signs, and other duties as assigned. NGOC has an immediate opening for a FT Physician Extender in the Douglasville and Paulding Offices. The FT position will be split between the two offices. Background in oncology a plus but not required; willing to train new graduates. Position will work closely with physicians with regards to consults, hospital rounds, patient assessments, bone marrow biopsies, dictation and following hematology/oncology protocols.
